Mixtapes and Cellmates 
If you heard our last Wippit podcast you'll know that we think the Scandinavians are second to none at creating great tunes. Swedes Mixtapes and Cellmates are no exception and they've created an album that seems to fuse their dreamlike emo-tronica with an indietastic shoegazing revival. But enough with the nonsensical pigeon-holing: if you like the sound of boy/girl vocals, indie tunesmiths armed with drum machines (with plenty of hypnotic rhythms), and quite simply gorgeous melodies (or you're simply just tired of waiting for the new Postal Service album) then this is an album to download now and cherish.

But now, on the back of the success of their world domination they've captured a timeless live performance for your listening pleasure in Live At The Citadel. It's also packed with live banter (they really do talk like that) and a brand new track Keys Wallet Phone. Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy originally formed 'Death Cult' in 1983, and produced a string of hits such as She Sells Sanctuary and Rain (from the Love album), Lil' Devil from Electric and Fire Woman from Sonic Temple. Of course they're all free to Wippit subscribers, so grab your air guitar and hairbrush and download them right now.
