Pink Floyd 
It's something of a rarity, but we've tracked it down. In January 1967, almost 8 months before their first album release, Syd Barrett and Pink Floyd entered a recording studio. The resulting improvisational-instrumental-space-prog-rock epics helped secure their deal with EMI, and the rest is history. At a meaty 28 minutes, Interstellar Overdrive (Full Length Version) and Nick's Boogie are essential listening for any fan of the Floyd.
